Website Design Process
| 1. At the first meeting, either by phone or in person, you'll be asked to bring a page by page outline of what you'd like your website to look like. If meeting via phone, this can be done with pen on paper and faxed or typed and emailed. If you have websites you like, you can send the links to 2 of them in advance. We'll go over your website, brainstorm and share ideas. You'll have a chance to go through everything you can think of that you'd like your site to include. At the end of this meeting we will make a list of exactly what is going to be done. This becomes our contract, so any additional pages or design changes will be billed at $65/hour. (this meeting will last approximately 2 hours)
2. If your package includes an audio interview that we will do with you over the phone. We'll do the editing and put your answers into recorded sound bites which will be placed wherever you'd like them on your website. You'll receive the interview in its entirety BEFORE we edit it. That way you can choose the answers you like best. We'll also put together a 20 minute full interview with your chosen questions so you'll have something for radio hosts to listen to before booking you. (the interview will last 1 hour) 3. We will schedule a phone meeting to brainstorm what free giveaway product you either have or want to create. This is the product that your visitors will receive when they opt in to your website. (this meeting will last one hour). You will be responsible for creating this product. 4. Within 2 weeks of the first meeting your website will be complete. We will go through your website page by page. At this time we will make a list of changes you would like. Changes will be made and checked off the list provided (this meeting will last 2 hours). Any changes after this change list is complete will be billed at $65/hour. 5. An autoresponder will be created using your homepage banner. You will have 3 choices of body format. Once you pick the format of your autoresponder, and give us the content, we'll send up no more than 10 follow up autoresponders that can be sent at any interval you determine. It's also possible to divide your free product into 10 steps, chapters, etc. |
